HOW IMPORTANT IS THE PRODUCT CONTROLL IN ITS MANUFACTURING?
A good quality control begins in the raw material. A good inspection of it, can avoid later problems such as the dye affinity of the fabric in its final step.

Having this in mind, making a quality control during the spinning process and on the fabric once it finishes its weaving process allows a very high percentage of satisfaction in the final product.
But, the most critical phase still remains. Those fabrics have to go through the finishing process where they will be washed, dyed and the appropriate processes will be made to achieve the final product, quality and touch defined by the technical department for each article.
Four quality controls that will end with the one that checks if all the parameters of the fabric are the proper ones to be shipped to the client, where our laboratory will also perform fire and flames tests, dissipation of electrostatic charges, shrinkage, colorimetry, colour fastnesses and physical resistances (tensile and tear), among others. Our traceability reaches even the batches of raw material used.
Our objective; offer a high-quality product to minimize the problems of our Client and End User.
